Decent breakfast with good variety. The room was clean and came equipped with essential amenities.

Located about 2km from the city center, requiring a steep walk back uphill. Multiple rooms showed signs of needed refurbishment, including mold in bathrooms and broken tiles. Building work disrupted the overall experience with noise and safety concerns, particularly around the breakfast area. Limited bar area had poor ambiance, exacerbated by irritating hip-hop music in the background. The dining options tended to be bland, with one occasion where a pre-arranged dinner was abruptly closed despite previous confirmations.

I stayed for two nights as a solo traveler, mainly to explore the nearby attractions of Siena. The view of the city from my room was a definite highlight, and the spacious room made my stay comfortable. I also appreciated the bus service that made it easy to get to the city center without any hassle.

who woudl have thought a 4 star hotel tht doesn’t provide an electric kettle? After a long day, I was met with annoyance instead of comfort. And the water pressure in the shower was ridiculous, fluctuating like a rollercoaster. I expected something special during my stay, not just the bare minimum. So disappointed, I almost gave them a good review, but just couldn’t.

Had a spacious room with awesome amenities like a flat-screen TV, minibar, and walk-in shower. Staff were super cool, even helping me store cheese in the fridge for my travels. Breakfast was unreal with a croissant and Nutella pump! Definitely a solid stay!

The location was perfect, just a short drive to the rail station. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We enjoyed a stunning view of the city skyline from our room, which added a lovely touch to our experience.
